In view of the strong response and number of readers to my first post on this topic, I decided to delve into this area of vocabulary in a bit more depth—specifically, how different newspapers headline the same story and shape meaning through language.

In addition, I asked Copilot to prepare a piece entitled “The Zapatero Case” in Spanish Newspapers: A C1–C2 Lexical & Discourse Review for Advanced Learners.

As usual, the sole aim of these materials is to analyse and reflect on language use, rather than the events themselves.
