Excuse me! HE’S FULL OF BEANS: He is full of energy" or "He is full of vitality." This phrase is used to describe someone who is very active, energetic, or lively ;)
You're absolutely right. But in American English it means: not correct or truthful, full of nonsense; eg. If that's what he's been saying, then he's full of beans.
