Hi MA, I’m still struggling to find the right translation into Spanish for the English expression “Shore Tuesday.” Do you have any thoughts or suggestions?

Shrove Tuesday is the day before Ash Wednesday. Though named for its former religious significance, it is chiefly marked by feasting and celebration, which traditionally preceded the observance of the Lenten fast. It could be translated into Spanish as "martes de carnaval". You confused the spelling, I think.

Indeed. I did! Thanks.
