Laura said she couldn’t believe their C1 exam was just around the corner and asked Daniel if he was feeling prepared. He admitted being a bit nervous but thought that consistent practice had helped, and he asked whether she had revised the listening tasks. Laura replied that she had reviewed them the previous day and suggested practising a speaking task together that afternoon. Daniel agreed and proposed meeting in the library at four, asking her to bring her vocabulary notes. Laura confirmed she would and reminded him to review the phrasal verbs. He thanked her and offered to quiz her on idioms. She accepted and advised him to get enough rest. Daniel suggested speaking only English during their session, and Laura agreed, encouraging him to ask for clarification if needed. They both concluded that their preparation would help them perform well and decided to remain positive.
