Could any of them considered offensive or disrespectful for a woman?
I don't think so. At least in the examples provided there is no offensive content. Remember words/phrases are offensive (or not) depending on the context, the tone and the intention of the speaker --rather than the words themselves. I can call a friend "You, bastard!" in a friendly way. This usage also happens in Spanish.
