Words ending in "___-tion" are pronounced: /ˈ___.ʃən/ (voiceless) and words ending in "___-sion" (except "___-nsion") are pronounced /ˈ___.ʒən/ (voiced).
I guess there must be some difference between these two sounds, but I'm unable to distinguish them
