One of the aspects assessed in advanced writing and speaking is the amount, quality and variety not only in grammar structures, but also in vocabulary. The more descriptive words you use, the better.
Try to avoid ALL the words in the yellow squares. Apart from these adjectives and verbs, try not to use nouns such as thing or verbs such as get or go; use more descriptive ones instead.

Passengers travelling on Virgin Australia Flight 097 from Brisbane to Sydney were treated to the unusual experience of live in-flight musical entertainment, as the performers from The Lion King touring show, with their seat backs upright and their hand luggage stowed, launched into a full-scale rendition of The Circle of Life.
